About the Assessment 

The ExpansiveLove Assessment is a brief self-reflection tool designed to help you explore how love shows up in your life. In just 10 thoughtful questions, you’ll examine the ways you give love, receive love and witness love around you. By the end, you’ll have a clearer picture of your current experience of love and practical ideas for nurturing it day-to-day. Our approach is strengths-based and heart-centred, so you’ll be encouraged to appreciate what you’re already doing well and gently reflect on areas where you can grow. 

In the context of the Expansive Love Assessment, love is defined as all-inclusive and could represent love for self, others, purpose, pets, planet and anything worthy of love to the reader.

Why It Matters 

Love is one of the most important ingredients for a fulfilling life. By taking time to reflect on how you give and receive love, you’re investing in your relationships, your well-being, and your personal growth. Research and experience show that when we actively cultivate love through kindness, gratitude, and connection, we become happier, more resilient, and more purpose-driven. In order to increase the amount of love in your life, it is perhaps useful to understand how much love is accessible at the moment. The ExpansiveLove Assessment is intended to give an individual a snapshot of how much love they have given, received and witnessed in the last 24 hours. It is also hoped to offer insight into how to increase love in your life.

Even if you have been on your own for the last 24 hours, there may be opportunities to give, receive and witness love. Self-care and taking action to show compassion to yourself may be important indicators of love being experienced.

What to Expect 

  • Quick & Easy: You’ll answer 10 questions (it only takes a few minutes). For each statement, you’ll rate how much it reflects your experience on a simple scale (for example, from 1 = “Rarely” to 5 = “Almost Always”). Answer as honestly as possible. This is for you. 
  • Personalised Results: Right after you finish, you’ll see your ExpansiveLove Score (out of 50) and a breakdown across three key categories: Love Given, Love Received, and Love Witnessed. You’ll learn what your score means and why it matters. 
  • Insights & Tips: Your results page will include encouraging insights and tailored tips for each category, so you know exactly how to build on your strengths and fill any gaps. 

  • Reflection Guide: You’ll also get a few open-ended coaching questions to spark deeper thought. These can help you connect the results to your real life and plan next steps. 

  • Takeaway PDF: Finally, you’ll have the option to download a detailed PDF report of your results, a handy guide you can refer back to. It expands on your results with more tips and reflection prompts, helping you turn insight into action.
